Science and technology shaped by inspiration

Robots, dinosaurs, and Corvin Castle – what were our students up to in Romania?
3D printing workshops, robotics in a historical setting, and mountain trips – this is how intensively Justyna, Blanka, Gabriel, and Jakub spent their time in Romania during the international meeting of the Erasmus+ "START"project. This eventful week (28.09-2.10.2026) perfectly combined STEM education with local culture and integration. Our students developed their technological skills at a robotics hub and participated in science panels at the University of Petroșani. Their education was enriched by remarkable field trips, including a visit to the land of dinosaurs at Geopark Hațeg and a tour of Corvin Castle in the Hunedoara region. Evenings spent bowling, singing karaoke, and gathering around a farewell campfire allowed them to break language barriers and forge international friendships that will surely last long after the project ends.
